SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
USPS Shipping costs have increased as of 1/21/19. This slight change will be reflected in shipping costs at checkout.
***Due to individual state laws we are currently unable to ship vapor products to Arkansas and Utah. We are not able to ship eLiquid to Indiana.
Our policy is to get you your items as quickly as humanly possible! We guarantee same day shipping for all orders placed by 12pm PST and we ship orders five days a week (Monday-Friday).
Any holiday exclusions will be highlighted at the top of the page.
We utilize USPS First Class and Priority Shipping options. First Class USPS is $5.54 and Priority Mail is $7.75 with free $100 USPS insurance included. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. The FREE shipping options will be shipped First Class mail.
You have the option to add additional insurance coverage to your order with USPS First Class or Priority options. USPS insurance claims cover non-delivery of items (items lost in transit) or packages clearly damaged in transit. If your package has been scanned delivered, USPS will not honor the insurance claim.
Once your item has been shipped from our Las Vegas warehouse you will be automatically emailed with your shipping confirmation and USPS tracking number. The United States Postal Services reports that it takes an average of one to four days for First-Class Mail to arrive at its destination. Priority Mail takes an average of one to three days to arrive, according to the USPS. USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations. For Priority USPS shipments, you can visit https://www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/ to view an accurate estimation of when your package will be delivered. Simply enter in our shipping zip code (89119) and the color-coded map will show you approximately how long your package will take to arrive.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
At VAPEHAPPY, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service! The fastest and easiest way to get your questions answered or issues resolved is to simply call us at (888) 883-8143 (9am-5pm PST Monday-Friday) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! Please have your order number ready or include it in your email when contacting us so we can quickly reference your order.
You may, at anytime, cancel an unprocessed or in progress order (before the ship notice) for a full no questions asked refund. You may return or exchange new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping cost) with NO RESTOCKING FEE! If the original packaging for your product is opened you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used items are NOT eligible for return. We provide a prepaid shipping label via email if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) or manufacturer defect up to 14 days after shipment has been received. Products received with no manufacturer defect and have been used do not qualify for a return.
All returns will be issued in the form of VAPEHAPPY store credit.
Price Adjustment Disclaimer:
VAPEHAPPY will honor price adjustment within 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Holiday specials, promotional sales, and clearance sales may be exempt. Price adjustment will be issued via store credit.
Errors, defects and other product issue returns:
- Please contact us at email@example.com or give us a call at (888) 883-8143 to inform us of the issue you are encountering. In certain situations we may need to ask you for a photo of the broken or defective item for our records.
- For defective product claims we will immediately send you a return label as well as ship you a replacement. If you do not ship the defective item back to us you will be billed for the second item shipped to you.
- The warranty for any item not covered above is 90 days for mods and 30 days for tanks and RDAs.
- This does not include items that are physically damaged or look like they have not been taken care of. This warranty does not include cracked screens on APV’s, broken tanks, cracked glass or anything that would indicate user caused damage, we do not cover broken springs or internal parts and all parts must be returned.
IF PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTIVE CLAIMS ARE RETURNED IN PROPER WORKING ORDER, CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS.
PICTURES ARE TAKEN OF EACH COMPLETED ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO ENSURE ACCURACY. EACH ORDER IS ALSO WEIGHED BEFORE SHIPMENT.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
PLEASE NOTE: All prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. VAPEHAPPY is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with currency conversion on international orders.
All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days for international orders. Orders are confirmed to ensure the security of transaction placed. If we need further verification prior to shipment, we will contact you via email.
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK
All users must be aware of the importation laws for their country. VAPEHAPPY is not responsible for any items that are stopped and/or seized while in transit.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Buyers should contact their local customs authorities for more information on duty and taxes.
SHIPPING FEES AND TRACKING
*Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for approved return items that are delivered back to our warehouse. If the return of your package results in any return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items.
Please Note: Tracking may not be available once the package leave the U.S.
Any lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of VAPEHAPPY. Issues must be resolved by the buyer, with the carrier in use. Any incorrect or incomplete address submissions will cause a delay, or prevent the shipment from being successfully delivered. VAPEHAPPY is not responsible for any and all costs associated with incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Please include your order number and any supporting photos and/or videos to help expedite the process. Once your claim has been approved, we will contact you for a resolution.
