80W SnowWolf Mini Plus by Laisimo AKA The Pocket Rocket
Where are all my stealthy ninja vapers at? Lately, the vape market has been just a little bit saturated with all the FDA hullabaloo going on. Thinking back to this time last year, there was like 10 mods to choose from and 100 juices. Now, we have no idea where to turn. Well. That’s not entirely true because you can always turn to Vape Happy and let us steer you in the right direction. Or, you can just keep not knowing which direction you are going like Willy Wonka; R.I.P. So now I will ask again, where are all my stealthy ninja vapers at?
The “Fun Size” Mini Plus
One of the most distinguishing features of this mod is the size. If this was the Land of Oz this mod would get a lifetime membership to the Lollipop Guild. The measurements on this thing are 68.5mm x 43mm x 25mm or in other terms smaller than a box of Nerds candy. Like how I stayed with the Willy Wonka theme? I know a lot of you are thinking, “But won’t it feel weird in my hand?” The short answer is no, it still fits really well in the hand and actually has a bit of weight to it. Lately, I have been using my Hadaly RDA by Psyclone Mods on my old SnoWolf mini 75w and man there is such a difference when I put it on the new new. The Hadaly looked kinda small, in my opinion, on the old SnowWolf but on this new one it’s the perfect size. This mod can also fit, up to, a 24mm diameter atomizer on it without overhang.
With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility
So besides the size, what’s the big deal? I’ll put it to you this way, imagine you force fed the Nugget Mod 30 watts of brotein powder and gave him an internal 3000mAh battery to keep lifting for hours, that Nugget would turn into the Mini Plus. Do you even lift bruh? This mod also is temperature control capable too and supports Ni200, Titanium, Stainless Steel and has the DIY Temp Output Modes if that’s your thing. I know you’re also wondering if the battery lasts that long, well, it lasts longer than I do on a treadmill that’s for sure. I have been vaping it at 34 watts from 7am to 10pm and I haven’t had to charge it yet. That’s the power of the Pocket Rocket!
Other Features and Stuff
The SnowWolf Mini Plus 80w also features a new home for the OLED screen, as you can see above, and although you can’t tell from the picture it has a blue tint to the display as opposed to the green or white we normally stare at and wonder why we can’t change it. Laisimo has also added a fancy shmancy kill switch on the bottom of the device to turn the device off without having to click it until your fingers fall off. We’ve all been there right? You smash your finger into the button repeatedly only to find out you clicked it four times and then at the last second you try to slip one more click in and hear the “Nuh Uh Uh” guy’s voice from Jurassic Park. Thankfully, Laisimo has decided to keep the button lock feature, my favorite, by pressing the “+” and “Fire” button, which is super convenient to do before throwing it into your pocket. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that this mod comes in two awesome colors, so far, all black (for the real ninjas) and black and stainless steel. I hope they come out with more colors in the future like they did with it’s predecessor, so I can grab those too.
In closing, I would just like to say that this is, hands down, my new favorite setup. I don’t have to carry around a bunch of extra batteries and this new SnowWolf takes up a lot less real estate. It’s also priced just right for any budget. I just hope these companies keep fighting over the SnowWolf name like a kid in the middle of a custody battle so we can keep getting innovative products and, maybe, two Christmas mornings.
